Your downloadable E-Ticket contains all of the info that you will need to login to this webcast. After purchase, you can login to your account and click on the E-Ticket DOWNLOAD link to view it on your computer.
About 30 minutes before the start of the webcast, we will begin broadcasting and you will be able to see the live video from the venue. Prior to that time, you may encounter a Windows Media Player error message stating that you cannot connect to the server. DO NOT BE ALARMED. This connection error will no longer be applicable once the broadcast has started.
You should be able to select the “close” option, which then results in a plain, black screen. Closer to the webcast start-time, you will be able to select the blue “play” button to start your live webcast.
